Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for executing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and payroll processing. Additionally, the specialist will work closely with department managers to ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws, as well as maintain detailed documentation and records related to HR activities. Cross-department collaboration and employee relations management are key aspects of this role to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies
• Knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Proficiency in employee engagement, training coordination, and performance management
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
• Previous HR experience or certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are considered a plus
