Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related majors.
6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development or Human Resource Development roles.
Fluent English communication skills.
Advanced Excel, reporting/dashboard development, and PowerPoint presentation skills.
Hands-on experience in using and managing a Learning Management System (LMS).
Strong experience in competency framework development and capability-building initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement 2P2S (Process, People, Structure, System) frameworks for Talent Development, Leadership Development, and Career Development to strengthen organizational capability and business performance.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve functional competency frameworks for supporting functions to enable capability building and structured career development.
Lead the annual learning & development plan and training calendar in alignment with company objectives.
Monitor training reports, analyze training data, and prepare dashboards to evaluate training effectiveness and capability development.
Coordinate and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including content management, user administration, and data integrity.
Design and manage Leadership & Development programs, including planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify learning needs and provide effective development solutions.
