Talent Acquisition Specialist (Senior Role)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in the Forex/CFD industry to support aggressive global expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brokerage structures, sales-driven environments, and the ability to recruit high-performing candidates across multiple regions including APAC and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Support roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, industry networks, and headhunting.
- Conduct initial screening and behavioral interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and senior leadership.
2. Industry-Specific Hiring
- Recruit candidates with Forex brokerage experience.
- Identify high-performing Sales professionals with proven deposit track records.
3. Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of sales leaders and regional managers.
- Maintain database of high-performing industry candidates.
- Monitor competitor movements and market hiring trends.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Hiring team to define KPIs and hiring targets.
- Advise management on compensation benchmarks within Forex markets.
- Provide hiring progress reports and workforce planning updates.
5. Employer Branding & Compliance
- Support employer branding initiatives in target regions.
- Ensure hiring practices comply with hiring regions regulations.
- Assist in onboarding process and employment documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 25 years of recruitment experience (Forex/CFD/ IGaming experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of brokerage business models
- Proven track record in hiring sales-driven roles.
- Experience recruiting in Global markets is an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Vietnamese (additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, Malay, are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
