Role Description
- Recruitment: Planning, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Record and Contract Management: Storing employee information, drafting employment contracts, and managing personnel data.
- Compensation and Benefits (C&B): Timekeeping, payroll calculation, handling social insurance, health insurance, and other benefits.
- Office Administration: Managing office supplies and equipment, and supporting internal administrative tasks.
- Labor Relations: Handling disciplinary actions, labor disputes, and advising employees on policies.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Working Hours: Monday Friday (8:00 AM 5:30 PM)
Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Knowledge of developing and implementing HR Policies
- Familiarity with Employee Benefits and their administration
- Proven ability to manage Personnel Management strategies and initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the beverage or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Language: English
