We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Services Specialist to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless employee experience from the first day of onboarding to offboarding. You will be the go-to person for HR administrative procedures, employee benefits, insurance, and labor contracts, operating within a large-scale organizational system.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding: Manage new hire procedures, facilitate orientation, and ensure a smooth integration process for all incoming employees.
- Contract Management: Draft, execute, and monitor labor contracts and contract appendices.
- Handle monthly declarations and procedures for Social Insurance.
- Manage the premium FPT Care healthcare package, including employee lists and benefit claims.
- Offboarding: Process resignation procedures, manage final settlements, and ensure proper archiving of employee records.
- Health & Engagement Activities: Coordinate periodic health check-up programs and actively support team engagement and internal events.
- Data Administration: Maintain, update, and secure employee data on the corporate HR management system.
Requirements
- Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations/Services or HR Generalist.
- System Proficiency: Proven experience working with comprehensive HR management systems in companies with a large headcount.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and relevant legal frameworks.
