Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HR database, and personnel documents.
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other payroll-related data.
- Handle Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance, and Personal Income Tax administration.
- Handle monthly payroll preparation and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, salary adjustment letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and daily HR administrative matters.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, leave, benefits, and HR policies.
- Prepare regular HR and payroll reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or HR Generalist roles.
- Hands-on experience in payroll administration in Vietnam.
- Good knowledge of Vietnam labor regulations and statutory requirements.
- Good communication in Enlish, both written and spoken.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or google suites skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, organized, and able to handle confidential information.
