Job Description

Location:Corporate Shared Services Hub Wanek, Vietnam

Scope:lead HR projects across allVietnam Operations (Wanek, Ashton, Millennium)

We are seeking aHR Project Managerwitha focus onOrganization Development, Strategic Talent Development, Culture Strengthening, and HR Automation, the position serves as a critical bridge between HR, HRBPs, Business Leaders, and key stakeholders to drive change, improve performance, and deliver projectson time, within budget, and with measurable business impact

Whatyou'lldo:

  1. Strategic Project Management & Consistency
  • Lead complexandcross-functionalHR programs, including projects at the VN Operations level andimplementationprojects at Wanek, Millenium, Ashtonplant.Oversight end-to-end execution and ensure delivery is aligned with strategic business outcomes and cost benefit analysis.
  • Establish governance frameworks and standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure HR project deliverables are implemented consistently, ensuring organizational adherence across all VN Operations facilities.
  • Implement project risk management and manage stakeholder communications, including conducting periodic updates and presenting project performance to senior stakeholders.

  1. Organization Design & Cultural Enforcement
  • Serve as the internal consultant for Organization Design and Development (OD&D) projects. Conduct thorough structure needs analysis, propose and model future-state organizational structures, and provide management support during implementation.
  • Responsible for projects to reinforce and implement core corporate culture, including designing behavioral intervention programs and developing metrics to measure cultural transformation and its correlation with business performance across all factories.

  1. Strategic Talent Programs & System Excellence
  • Oversee initiatives to improve the front-end and back-end of VN Operations talent acquisition systems and procedures, guaranteeing effectiveness, uniformity, and an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Ensure that VNO's messaging and talent market strategy are consistent by supervising, coordinating, and managing the execution of Employer Branding projects and long-term strategic sourcing efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with the L&D Manager and HRBPstodevelopandoverseeprograms/projects fordevelopingthe internal talent pool and implement succession planning initiatives tofulfill the talent needs of management level (SLL, MLL, FLL)andcritical roles.
  • Directlyoverseethe progressandperformance of large-scale recruitment projects as required by VNO/Sites/Production, ensuring strategic support whennecessary.

  1. HRDigital Transformation &Automation Innovation
  • Co-lead HR Digital Transformation and Automation initiatives, managing the implementation lifecycle from vendor selection to deployment, in collaboration with the IT team and external partners.
  • Conduct a process analysis (process mapping) of the current HR processes, gather HR business requirements into technical specifications, serving as the key functional liaison between HR and IT for new system implementation (HRIS, LMS, ATS).

  1. Executive Support & Operational Management
  • Responsible for tracking HR departmentobjectivesand HR operation performance, ensuring the timeliness and accuracy of all periodic HR reports and strategic updates.
  • Coordinate and lead strategic alignment meetings and working sessions at VN Operations and plant level (Wanek, Millenium, Ashton), acting as the representative of the HRDirectorto drive action items and accountability.

Whatwe'relooking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration,Lawor related field.
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or HRCI-PHR/SPHR) is a significant advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of work experience in the Human Resources field, including practical experience in HR management at the management level,orstrategic project manager in multinational companies or large-scale manufacturingenvironments.
  • Minimum 4 years of in-depth experience in Project Management (HR Project/Program Management), particularly complex projects involving HR functional groups.
  • Proven strong background inVietnam Labor Law compliance,employeerelations and engagement, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Excellent bilingual communication (English & Vietnamese).
  • Proven project management across multiple sites.
  • The ability to transform raw HR data into strategic insights, perform data modeling, andutilizeanalytical tools to evaluate HR operational and project performance.
  • In-depth understanding of HR functional areas (TA, L&D, C&B, ER), particularly in a manufacturing environment.
  • Stronginterpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills to handle complexprojectissues.
