We are seeking an HR Operations/Staffing Specialist with experience in high-volume personnel administration and workforce operations. This role focuses strictly on managing the full employee lifecycle, headcount control, data integrity, and driving process innovation/standardization across staffing operations.
(Note: Candidates whose experience is primarily in recruitment/TA, L&D or general administration will not fit this role.)
Working location: Phuoc Thai, Long Thanh, Dong Nai (dormitory & shuttle bus provided)
Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage high-volume employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, probationary evaluations, appointments, transfers, promotions, rotations, and resignations.
- Prepare, manage, and track employment contracts, legal agreements, and personnel decision documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding internal mobility, staffing policies, and lifecycle procedures.
- Monitor headcount utilization, manpower plans, and organizational structure changes across all departments.
- Consolidate and prepare periodic headcount, manpower analysis, and staffing reports for management decision-making.
- Review, streamline, and innovate existing staffing workflows and operational procedures.
- Actively contribute ideas for HR Transformation projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Staffing, Personnel Administration, or Workforce Management.
- Proven experience in handling significant volumes of employee data, labor contracts, and movement processes.
- Understanding of employee lifecycle management, headcount control, organizational structure management, and Vietnam Labor Law.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing workflows, standardizing procedures, and leveraging HRIS systems.
- Proficiency in English or Chinese.
- Meticulous, highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
