HR & Administration Manager (Factory)

- Factory Size: 500 employees
1. Job Purpose
Lead and manage all Human Resources and Administration functions to support factory operations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, build a stable workforce, and provide strategic HR support to the Board of Directors.

2. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and production objectives.
- Lead all HR & Administration activities, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee development.
- Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures.
- Ensure HR operations comply with company policies and Vietnamese labor regulations.
Compensation & Employee Relations
- Oversee payroll, attendance, benefits, labor costs, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and labor disputes.
- Ensure compliance with Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, and other employment legislation.
Administration, HSE & Factory Medical
- Supervise Administration, HSE, factory medical services, workplace safety, environmental compliance, and fire prevention activities.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient working environment.
Government Relations
- Represent the company in working with government authorities
- Coordinate statutory reports, audits, inspections, and legal compliance.
Reporting & HR Advisory
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analysis, labor cost reports, and HR metrics for the BOD.
- Advise management on organizational development, workforce planning, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
3. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory experience managing HR in factories with 500+ employees.
- Experience in the wood, furniture, or export manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Candidates with extensive HR leadership experience and strong manufacturing backgrounds are highly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations, Employee Relations, HSE, and labor compliance.
- Experience working with government authorities.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
