Functional Objective
- Manage and oversee all aspects of HR with the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, including but not limited to Compensation & Benefit, Recruitment, Training, Expat Services, General Affairs, ... in the assigned locations.
- Promote corporate values and enable business success of Human Resources through practices and processes to ensure the department runs efficiently and effectively.
- In this role you will be asked to represent California Wellness Group through personal and professional presentation, holding HR and other related information in the strictest of confidence and acting as part of the HR team to deliver staff services.
Key Responsibilities
30% Compensations and Benefits
- Fully in charge of all processes for mandatory Vietnamese Insurances and other additional insurances by the company. Make sure information is submitted on a timely basis and accurate manner to protect employee as well as employer legal benefit.
- Support Payroll team in preparing, checking timesheets on a monthly basis.
- Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of HR in compliance with Vietnamese laws and Company policies and procedures.
20% Recruitment
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
- Utilize the Internet social and professional networking channels to identify and source candidates.
20% HR Administration
- Fully in charge of all statutory reports and legal documents that Human Resources needs to follow to ensure HR and company are always in compliance.
- Plan and hold all staff's engagement activities.
- Maintain Human Resources policy and procedure documents and communicate to the field and Home Office.
5% Training
- Conduct 3 days of Culture to ensure new comers understand and adapt to our company culture in an efficient way.
- Support in cooperation with outsource vendors and suppliers to organize required training courses for staff, and ensure staff receive training certificates (CPR, Certificates for PTs, Yoga instructors etc.) after completing the courses.
- Conduct soft skill training courses by HR to help staff get developed.
5% Team Development
- Motivate and develop for team members to maximize their potential and meet their KPIs.
5% Expat services
- Process all procedures related to expats including but not limited to landing visas, Work Permit, Visa/Temporary Residence Card, in the assigned location.
- Make sure all procedures are in compliance with Vietnamese Laws.
5% Implementation of policies & procedures
- Read and master the content and how to implement the policies & procedures.
- Give feedback to line manager on how to improve and adjust the policies & procedures if necessary.
10% Other tasks as per request of manager and company
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure the HR system of the assigned locations are 95% with laws and 100% with company P&P.
- Complete 100% the task of registering Vietnamese Insurance for all full time employees following Vietnamese labor law on time with 100% accuracy.
- Data update in software with 100% accuracy
- 90% all statutory reports and legal documents submitted on time
- Ensure 90% Employees sign agreements on time.
- No more than 5 complaints/mistakes per year due to mistakes of HR team synergy, in which no more than 2 per month.
- 100% Ensure high level of confidentiality of staff information, all benefits as well as company plan.
- Ensure 90% staff attending 3 day Culture course.
- Meet 95% recruitment demand allocated to the job holder.
- Meet 90% deadline of the recruitment.
- 95% projects are completed within the deadline and budget.
Education | Experience
- Bachelor Degree, major in Business Administration is preferable.
- At least three (03) years of working experience in the same position.
- Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good management and motivation skills.
- The ability to be tactful and diplomatic in communication with individuals at all levels of the company, vendors, guests, and members.
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality regarding staff personal information, staff compensation plans, as well as company plans.
