We are looking for talented candidates for the HR Manager position at Stavian Industrial Metal.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize the company's organizational structure and governance system.
- Lead workforce planning and HR development strategies.
- Establish and maintain HR policies, regulations, and internal processes.
- Manage recruitment, training, and talent development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and HR policies (C&B).
- Implement performance management systems (KPI/OKR/BSC).
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and employee relations.
- Manage administration, office operations, and internal services.
- Promote corporate culture and internal engagement.
- Lead and develop the HR & Administration team, reporting to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR Management, Business Administration, Law, Economics, or related fields.
- 710 years of HR/Admin experience, including 35 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in HR systems, recruitment, training, C&B, and performance management.
- Good understanding of Vietnamese labor laws and HR governance.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in HRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
