Position Overview
The HR Manager is responsible for leading Human Resources operations at Rapid Aid Vietnam (RAV), ensuring effective implementation of global HR frameworks striving to enhance employee experience, organizational culture and overall work performance while maintaining full compliance with Vietnamese labour laws and local regulatory requirements.
This role serves as the primary HR leader for the Vietnam operation, partnering closely with local leadership and Global HR to execute enterprise-wide HR programs and support workforce stability, engagement, and performance.
The person in this role will strive to ensure high-quality service delivery across strategic and day to day HR administration, workforce capability development, regulatory compliance, and a strong organizational culture.
How You Will Contribute
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (Approx. 80%)
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Partner with business leaders to support workforce planning in alignment with global people and headcount strategies and planning.
This role is a direct line to Global HR for all things people and culture for Rapid Aid Vietnam and will work with Global HR to develop people and hiring strategies for RAV, identifying hiring risks and capturing labour market insights.
Oversee full cycle recruitment, participating in the hiring of key roles
Maintain localized job descriptions up to date job descriptions, global job architecture and competency frameworks
Identify local training needs and execute global learning and development programs, identify key talent for succession planning, leadership development opportunities and key talent development gaps for Vietnam operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
-Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
-5-7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR managerial role.
-Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labour law and HR best practices.
-Experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) or manufacturing environments is preferred.
-Experience in change management and continuous improvement of the HR function

Personal Attributes
Schedule:
-Fulltime (working time 8am 5pm)
-Monday to Friday and occasional weekends
-Afterhours support as needed
