Role Description
Human Resources Strategy & Policy:
- Develop human resource development strategies, compensation and benefits policies, and corporate culture.
- Advise the Board of Directors on organizational structure and long-term human resource plans.
Recruitment & Training:
- Plan and organize recruitment activities to meet staffing needs.
- Develop training programs, skill development, and career advancement paths for employees.
Compensation & Benefits Management:
- Monitor timekeeping, payroll, benefits, and insurance schemes.
- Ensure fairness, transparency, and competitiveness in compensation policies.
Labor Relations & Compliance:
- Resolve labor disputes and complaints and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Develop internal labor regulations, standardized work procedures.
- Work with auditors during audits.
- Ensure compliance with the law throughout the human resource management process.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
- Minimum 57 years of HR experience, at least 23 years in a management position.
- In-depth understanding of labor law, labor relations, and HR management trends.
- Leadership skills, team management, strategic thinking, and problem-solving.
- Proficient in English.
