Reports to: Plant Director / General Director
Workforce Scope: Approximately 3,000 employees
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR & Administration functions for a manufacturing site of approximately 3,000 employees.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition activities, ensuring timely recruitment of both mass hiring and key management positions.
- Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction strategies to secure a sustainable talent pipeline.
- Oversee compensation & benefits, payroll, labor contracts, social insurance, and HR operations.
- Ensure full compliance with Vietnam Labor Law and internal policies.
- Manage employee relations, labor unions, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and training programs.
- Partner closely with factory leadership to support operational excellence and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of HR experience, including at least 3–5 years in an HR Manager role within manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing HR operations for large-scale workforces (2,000–3,000+ employees preferred).
- Strong expertise in talent acquisition, including high-volume recruitment and strategic hiring for critical positions.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, employee relations, and labor union management.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills.
