This company is a leading technology firm specializing in AI-driven solutions, including artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing. It focuses on providing innovative products and services to enhance digital transformation and optimize business operations across various industries.
They will set up a new branch office in Hanoi, Vietnam, with a team of approximately 200 people.
Responsibilities
1.
Team Building from scratch:- Develop and execute the recruitment plan for the Vietnam branch, ensuring the establishment of a 200-person team in line with business goals.
- Lead local recruitment efforts and manage channels in Vietnam.
2.
HR System Development:- Build and implement an HR system that aligns with local labor laws and business needs.
- Establish and improve HR policies and regulations for the branch.
3.
Localization & Compliance:- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and employment policies.
- Handle daily HR matters and foster good relationships with local government and labor departments.
4.
Corporate Culture & Employee Relations:- Manage employee relations and communication to boost team engagement and cohesion.
- Act as the key liaison between the Vietnam branch and China HQ to align on HR policies and business needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of comprehensive HR management experience, including team building from scratch.
- Prior experience in technology, internet, or AI content creation industries is preferred, with a strong interest in emerging technologies like AIGC (AI-Generated Content).
- Proven experience in managing teams of 100+ employees.
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
