SODÅ Hospitality Partner is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for BOMA Resort Nha Trang, a boutique lifestyle resort on the Nha Trang bayfront. The role reports to the Hotel Manager, leads the HR function end to end, and is hands-on and close to the operation.
The role
- Own recruitment from job description to onboarding, and fill approved positions on time and within budget.
- Run the employee lifecycle: contracts, personal files, induction, work permits and visas for expatriate staff.
- Compile payroll data and ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labour law and operating licences.
- Handle employee relations, discipline and grievance cases confidentially.
- Own staff development and the resort's training programmes, and drive welfare, recognition and retention.
- Prepare and control the annual HR expense budget and departmental documentation.
What we're looking for
- This position is open to Vietnamese nationals only.
- Minimum 3 to 4 years as Human Resources Manager or Assistant Human Resources Manager in a 4 or 5 star resort or hotel.
- University degree in hospitality management or Human Resources.
- Solid knowledge of Vietnamese labour law, payroll and HR systems.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- A fair and motivating leader who bridges management and staff, warm with people and steady under pressure.
