Job Description

The HR Intern will provide support in recruitment, HR administration, employee data management, onboarding and offboarding activities, and internal employee engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support job posting, candidate sourcing, CV screening, and interview coordination.
• Prepare and organize employee data for system input.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administrative tasks.
• Assist in organizing bonding activities, team building events, company trips, and other internal employee engagement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Legal, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to learn.
