Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiasticHR Intern to join our Human Resources team in Phú Quốc, Vietnam. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Prepare HR reports and trackers.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training sessions and internal communications.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Ideal Candidate

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• ld.Strong communication and organizational skillsls.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Eager to learn and develop within hospitality HR.
• Fluent in English; Vietnamese is an advantage.
