KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Training:
Support the full Training Lifecycle with detail below:
• Manage E-Training Platform
• Design Training Artwork
• Follow up Training Schedule (from start to end), Alert to remind Trainees, Trainers
• Organize and Coordinate Training Events
-Prepare Training Rooms (Room, facilities etc)
-Prepare Training Materials
-Coordinate with HR Generalist & HRM all Training Events
• Summary & Make report Feedback form, Training Test
• Support drafting Training Content, Training Tests Internal Com tasks
Internal Communication:
• Propose ideas and support to organize company events/internal events.
• Translate & design posters for Internal communication activities.
• Support for data collection & filing documents.
• Tracking POSM for Internal Communication and Training events.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (monthly reports,
