01 intern for Recruitment:
+ Source candidate in online platform (Facebook, job portals)
+ Candidate database entry
+ Prepare and update recruitment content on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook)
+ Interview arrangement
+ Distribute recruitment leaflets/flyers
01 intern for Employee Relations:
+ Staff activity (Tet decoration and New Year party)
+ Wovo grievance satisfaction rating (adidas request all the worker to do the rating after we complete the answer, need dedicated person to follow up with the workers)
+ Employee survey, exit survey
+ Update employee communication on Bowker fan page
+ Annual Employee Conference in Dec 2025
+ Local community CSR activity
01 intern for Training:
+ Workshop arrangement
+ Data consolidation for 2026 TNA and 2026 Training Plan (in Dec 2025 and Jan 2026)
+ Support Staff activity event
During your internship, you will receive:
- Guidance, evaluation, and a company internship completion certificate.
- Free lunch provided at the company.
Internship allowance: 75,000 VND/day 1,950,000 VND/month 5,850,000 VND/3-month period.
