Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at AIVision is a full-time, hybrid position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and helping implement the Smart HR System. Responsibilities include preparing HR documents, supporting onboarding and orientation, updating employee databases, and assisting with HR reporting and data analysis. The role also involves helping with employee engagement initiatives, supporting the administration of HR policies and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations. This position offers practical exposure to both traditional HR practices and AI-driven HR solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in Human Resources (HR) and willingness to develop HR Management skills.
- Basic understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, with the ability to learn and apply guidelines accurately.
- Foundational knowledge of Personnel Management, including maintaining records and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, tech-focused environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Comfort with digital tools and data, with an interest in AI-driven HR systems and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting, managing time and tasks effectively.
