I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESA. Compensation & Benefits (Core Focus)
· Payroll Administration: Execute monthly payroll, bonuses, and statutory deductions with 100% accuracy and on-time delivery.
· Statutory Compliance (SHUI): Manage all SHUI procedures, including statutory reporting, book closures, and claims processing.
· Tax Management (PIT): Personal Income Tax declarations, dependent registration of year-end finalizations, and issuance of tax certificates.
· Total Rewards & Structure: Collaborate on building, auditing, and optimizing salary scales and benefit schemes.
· HR Data Analytics: Consolidate C&B metrics to provide data-driven insights and periodic reports for Director.
B. HR Operations
· Employee Lifecycle Management: Maintain personnel files, labor contracts, and legal addenda in accordance with regulations, on boarding, and off boarding.
· Performance & Conduct: Coordinate appraisal cycles, disciplinary actions, and recognition programs.
· Compliance & Optimization: Monitor legal updates to recommend practical internal policy adjustments, ensuring a balance between strict compliance and operational flexibility.
C. Compliance & Engagement
· Ensure rigorous compliance with the Labor Code and act as the primary liaison with government authorities (Tax, Insurance, Labor Inspectors).
· Support employee engagement activities and internal culture-building events.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS· Experience: Minimum 05 years in HR, with at least 03 years of intensive C&B expertise.
· Background: Prior experience in companies with 50-100 employees is a significant advantage.
· Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (data modeling/formulas), deep understanding of Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance Law and PIT regulations.
· Competencies: Strong systemic thinking, data-driven mindset, high integrity, and confidentiality.
