The General HR Specialist will play a critical role in developing and executing HR strategies that support Sliner International's growth and consulting operations.

Location: Nguyen Xien, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, insurance, and employee records.
  • Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese labor laws, internal policies, and company regulations.
  • Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook in line with business needs.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead recruitment activities for consulting, corporate, and support roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job platforms, and talent networks.

Performance Management & Employee Development

  • Support the implementation of performance management systems and annual review cycles.
  • Identify training and development needs; coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and people-related matters.
  • Handle employee relations cases professionally and confidentially.
  • Support initiatives to strengthen company culture, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or specialist role.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in consulting, professional services, or international companies is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
