Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment (40%)
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for internal roles: Project Manager, Business Development, Livestream Operator, Content Creator, Accountant, etc.
- Proactively source candidates across various channels (TopCV, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Referrals). Post job ads, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and arrange interview schedules with Department Heads.
- Conduct offer negotiations and closely track the candidate's onboarding progress.
- Build a robust Talent Pool backup for peak campaigns (Mega Sales 11.11, 12.12).
2. HR Operations & C&B (40%)
- Manage the employee lifecycle: Execute professional Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
- Manage attendance and annual leave systems. Coordinate with the Accounting department to accurately and punctually process monthly Payroll.
- Draft and manage Labor Contracts, Probationary Contracts, and Freelancer Contracts.
- Execute operations related to Social/Health/Unemployment Insurance (SHUI) and Personal Income Tax (PIT) in strict compliance with State regulations.
3. Corporate Culture & Employee Experience (20%)
- Act as the primary point of contact to resolve employee queries regarding regimes, policies, salaries, and bonuses.
- Ideate and organize internal engagement activities (Teambuilding, Monthly Birthdays, Year-end Party, holidays) to build the signature Work hard, Play hard culture of a high-speed Agency/MCN.
Candidate Profile- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Executive, or Recruitment Specialist. Priority is given to candidates with backgrounds in MCN, Media (Agency), E-commerce, or Tech Start-up environments.
- Knowledge: Solid grasp of Labor Law, Social Insurance (SHUI), Personal Income Tax (PIT), and basic C&B processes.
- Skills: * Sharp interviewing and human assessment skills.
- Excellent office informatics skills (Excel, Word) for payroll calculation and data management.
- Tactful communication, flexible problem-solving abilities, and a high tolerance for recruitment pressure.
- Attitude: Meticulous and highly attentive to numbers and documents. Possesses an internal customer service mindset (treating employees as valued customers to serve).
