Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

Assist HR Manager to oversee HR Department & manage the full spectrum of HR functions

Compensation and Benefits

Perform in payroll related matters included:

  • Provide accurate data inputs to the payroll vendor in the set timeline;.
  • Review all remuneration items paid accurately and legally;
  • Prepare monthly payroll reports such as: payroll reconciliation/ cost allocation, ad-hoc.
  • Work closely with the payroll vendor to make sure all of the employee benefits and statutory contributions must be executed accurately and timely submission such as: PIT, Dependent registration, SHUI registration or closing SI Book, maternity leave, convalescence leave, etc.
  • Do the payment related to employee remuneration such as payment to Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance Authority; PIT to Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department; Trade Union; employee benefits;
  • Manage the payroll vendor to make sure they deliver Company expectation;
  • Handle for HR Audit from internal or external audit parties
  • HR information system administrator (SuccessFactor): managing system and make sure all information is up to date. Update and maintain personnel file records (both soft copy and hard copy) according to Vietnam regulations and corporate requirements.

Recruitment/ New hire & Resignee process

  • Perform recruitment process for full time positions (c th c s h tr t vng ty vo v tr)
  • Prepare the orientation schedule for new hires and follow up to ensure all orientation sessions are completed/ delivered to them
  • Perform daily HR duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
  • Follow up the internship period of interns and proactive to recruit interns for replacement

Training & Development

Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training records.

HR Operations

  • Prepare, monitor, and update the annual HR budget in coordination with the Finance Department.
  • Analyze and prepare relevant reports on monthly headcount report, overtime, and other report under Head of HR & Admin's instruction and request
  • Follow up probation period and labor contract renewal of employees
  • Payments for recruitment, training vendors/ partners (if any)
  • To be a member of employee engagement activities organize
  • Coordinate with all departments on hiring plans, resignations, confirmation and all HR related matter
  • Provide advice and handle all employee inquiries on HR-related matters

Others

  • Undertake any ad-hoc tasks/ projects assigned by direct manager from time to time

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree (preferable for Human Resources/ Business Addministration or related field).
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in HR Compensation and Benefits/ HR Generalist at multinational companies.
  • Have strong MS Office skills.
  • Good spoken and written English skills.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits disciplines, concepts and theories. Good knowledge of the Vietnam Labor Code and related regulations
  • Enthusiastic, hard-working, teamwork, analysis skill, detail-oriented, integrity and strong work ethics
  • Well organization and good time management
  • Detail and confidentiality
