Job Description

Location: Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMC, Vietnam

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:30)

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for all positions, with a primary focus on Sales and Logistics roles.
  • Partner closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and define job requirements.
  • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage offer processes.
  • Organize and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires.

2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

  • Manage accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
  • Ensure correct calculation, declaration, and submission of statutory contributions, including:
  • Personal Income Tax (PIT)
  • Social Insurance (SI)
  • Health Insurance (HI)
  • Unemployment Insurance (UI)
  • Liaise with external payroll vendors or accounting firms when required.

3. HR Administration & Records

  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Track attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics.

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support a positive and compliant working environment through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with the Vietnamese Labor Code.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.

5. HR Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Support the localization and implementation of global/regional HR policies.
  • Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and code of conduct.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data, payroll information, and sensitive company records in line with internal policies and data protection regulations.
