Location: Phu Nhuan Ward, HCMC, Vietnam
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 - 17:30)
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for all positions, with a primary focus on Sales and Logistics roles.
- Partner closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and define job requirements.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and manage offer processes.
- Organize and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires.
2. Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Manage accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
- Ensure correct calculation, declaration, and submission of statutory contributions, including:
- Personal Income Tax (PIT)
- Social Insurance (SI)
- Health Insurance (HI)
- Unemployment Insurance (UI)
- Liaise with external payroll vendors or accounting firms when required.
3. HR Administration & Records
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave, and overtime.
- Prepare periodic HR reports on headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support a positive and compliant working environment through regular communication and issue resolution.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in line with the Vietnamese Labor Code.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and internal communications.
5. HR Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Support the localization and implementation of global/regional HR policies.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies and code of conduct.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee data, payroll information, and sensitive company records in line with internal policies and data protection regulations.
