Position Summar

yThe HR Generalist & Admin, based in Vietnam, is responsible for providing both human resources and administrative support to Energizer's operations in Vietnam. This role serves as the HR Business Partner to key functional teams in the market, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT

.
As part of the HR function, the role will interface with director-level and operational-level colleagues, supporting a broad range of activities including employee relations, compensation and benefits, salary administration, performance management, recruitment, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with Vietnamese labor laws and Energizer's internal standard

s.On the administrative front, the role is also responsible for managing office administrative tasks, including coordinating local office services, handling employee documentation, supporting onboarding logistics, maintaining HR records, and assisting with local audit and compliance requirements. (HR)• Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational structure, processes, systems, and metrics that enable the Vietnam team to meet business g

oals.• Support line managers in workforce planning and achievement of business objectives by providing HR-related insights and assisting in talent management eff

orts.• Coordinate with the business and HR team on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives to strengthen organizational capabi
