Position Summar
yThe HR Generalist & Admin, based in Vietnam, is responsible for providing both human resources and administrative support to Energizer's operations in Vietnam. This role serves as the HR Business Partner to key functional teams in the market, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT
.
As part of the HR function, the role will interface with director-level and operational-level colleagues, supporting a broad range of activities including employee relations, compensation and benefits, salary administration, performance management, recruitment, organizational effectiveness, and talent development. The role plays a critical part in ensuring that HR policies and procedures comply with Vietnamese labor laws and Energizer's internal standard
s.On the administrative front, the role is also responsible for managing office administrative tasks, including coordinating local office services, handling employee documentation, supporting onboarding logistics, maintaining HR records, and assisting with local audit and compliance requirements. This ensures smooth day-to-day operations of the Vietnam offic
e.
Additionally, this position supports the Manager, Human Resources – Malaysia, Singapore & Vietnam in the effective communication and implementation of regional HR strategies and initiatives, while also contributing local insights to align HR support with business nee

(HR)• Assist in implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support organizational structure, processes, systems, and metrics that enable the Vietnam team to meet business g
oals.• Support line managers in workforce planning and achievement of business objectives by providing HR-related insights and assisting in talent management eff
orts.• Coordinate with the business and HR team on recruitment, onboarding, employee development, and retention initiatives to strengthen organizational capabi
lity.• Participate in talent reviews, succession planning discussions, and performance evaluations, contributing insights to workforce plan
ning.• Ensure legal compliance by maintaining a basic understanding of relevant Vietnam employment laws and following agreed processes. May track/monitor necessary data and information to mitigate r
isks.• Drive utilization of the HR Operating Model, including manager and colleague self-service, ensuring alignment with company HR policies and proced
ures.• Coordinate and monitor people managers application and effective use of HR tools, policies, and processes to enhance consistency and compli
ance.• Execute organizational effectiveness initiatives, such as implementing and monitoring organizational design principles and continuous improvement eff
orts.• Promote the role of Human Resources and enhance the credibility of the function by working collaboratively with HR team members to proactively share best practices and proce
sses.• Provide Vietnam-specific insights to help regional and global HR teams align strategies with Vietnam market requirem
