KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand business objectives, hiring needs, role requirements, and workforce planning.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, professional networks, talent communities, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical competencies, experience, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling interviews, preparing evaluation forms, collecting feedback, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Offer preparation, negotiation, and employment contract administration in alignment with company policies and market practices.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including pre-boarding communication, orientation programs, and probation follow-up.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, training centers, professional communities, and industry networks to support campus recruitment and talent acquisition initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, employment regulations, and diversity and inclusion practices.
2) Employer Branding & Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement both internal and external employer branding strategies to strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice and foster a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and promote employer branding campaigns across multiple channels, including social media platforms, recruitment portals, and industry communities.
- Manage the company's employer brand presence across digital platforms and monitor employer reputation, candidate feedback, and employee advocacy opportunities.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, team building activities, company events, and culture-building campaigns to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate internal communication programs to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company values, goals, and organizational updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional associations, technology communities, and industry networks to increase employer visibility and attract potential talent.
3) Learning & Development (L&D)
- Coordinate and administer training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Identify training needs through employee feedback and business requirements.
- Track training participation, effectiveness, and learning outcomes.
- Maintain training records and learning management tracking.
- Support the implementation of training fee reimbursement for employees.
4) HR Operations
- Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and provide timely support.
- Ensure HR documentation and employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
- Support company events, team-building activities, and culture-building programs.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment and employer branding activities.
- Experience coordinating training and development programs is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems platforms.
- Creative mindset with an interest in employer branding and employee engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Japanese proficiency is a plus.
