Human Resources Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day Human Resources operations across our hospitality portfolio in Phú Quốc, Vietnam. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and delivering exceptional HR support in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Coordinate interviews, prepare employment documentation, and maintain employee records.
• Assist with employee relations and respond to HR-related queries.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
• Support payroll preparation and attendance administration.
• Maintain HR reports, trackers, and personnel files.
• Coordinate employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.

Ideal Candidate

• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, restaurants, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes.
• Experience coordinating onboarding and employee documentation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage.
