THE ROLEThe HR Executive (specializing in Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits) ensures Ngc Sng Corp has the right peopleat the right timeat the right cost, while operating payroll and benefits accurately, compliantly, and transparently. You are both the closer who fills operational hiring needs and the operator who runs C&B policies so the organization stays stable and employees feel secure.

Contract term - Full-time, MonFri + day Saturday
Time - 810 hours/day (10:00 AM 6:00 PM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES50% Recruitment- Partner with business units to build monthly/quarterly headcount needs (Restaurant FOH/BOH, Retail, Office).
- Post jobs and source candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, communities, referrals); build a healthy candidate funnel.
- Screen CVs, conduct first-round interviews; coordinate technical interviews; manage scheduling. and candidate follow-ups.
- Negotiate offers, prepare onboarding documents; run onboarding; track probation progress.
- Manage candidate experience and recruitment data (pipeline status, sources, conversion, notes).
40% Compensation, Benefits & Compliance (C&B)- Coordinate timekeeping/shift tracking with Operations; consolidate payroll; ensure accuracy, completeness, and on-time payment.
- Handle Social Insurance (SI/HI/UI) and Personal Income Tax (PIT) processes in compliance with regulations; manage related documentation.
- Administer salary, allowance, bonus, and benefits policies; update adjustments and communicate internally.
- Track KPI/performance data (if applied) to calculate bonuses and support salary reviews.
- Control labor documentation: labor contracts, addenda, decisions, leaves, resignation procedures, and clearance.
10% Reporting & system improvements- Prepare periodic reports: headcount, hiring, turnover, payroll cost, overtime/shift summaries.
- Propose process improvements for recruitment and C&B; checklist and standardize to reduce errors.
- Support basic employee relations activities (feedback intake, discipline workflow support, policy clarifications).
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (to be discussed in numbers after onboard)- Time-to-fill: meet agreed standards by job group (FOH/BOH/Office).
- Offer acceptance rate: 7085% (by role) and reduce offer dropouts.
- Probation pass rate: 80% (measured by job group).
- Payroll accuracy: 99% (payroll/OT/allowance errors 1%).
- On-time payroll & statutory obligations: 100% on-time payroll; SI/PIT filings on time.
- Early turnover rate ( 60 days): decreases quarter-over-quarter (tracked by root cause).
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- 24 years of HR experience as a generalist or specializing in Recruitment and/or C&B; F&B/retail/chain experience is a plus.
- Solid end-to-end recruitment capability; strong sourcing skills and basic behavioral interviewing.
- Working knowledge of C&B: timekeeping, payroll, social insurance, PIT, labor contracts; good understanding of labor law.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong data handling; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivots, core formulas, reconciliation).
- Clear communication and pragmatic issue handling with employees and operationsflexible but principled.
- Systems mindset: checklist-driven work, standardized forms, and clean, auditable filing.
