Job Description

  • Location: D3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
  • Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
  • Working Hours: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • Salary Range: 9M - 11M VND/month

2. Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Executive to handle daily HR operations, recruitment for entry-level positions, and employee lifecycle administration. This role plays a key part in ensuring HR processes are accurate, compliant with labor regulations, and supportive of a positive working environment.

3. What You'll Do:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Handle recruitment for positions, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional joining experience.
  • Prepare, draft, and manage the signing and distribution of HR documents and employment contracts.
  • Attendance, Timekeeping & Leave Management
  • Be responsible for daily attendance and timekeeping records.
  • Compile and submit monthly timesheets for payroll processing.
  • Manage employee leave days; receive, process, and submit leave applications for approval.

Employee Lifecycle & HR Administration

  • Monitor, check, and submit employee resignation records for approval and proper processing.
  • Manage and maintain employee personnel files and HR information for the entire company, including interns, probationers, official employees, and resigned employees.

Social Insurance, Tax & Compliance

  • Report increases and decreases in social insurance participation.
  • Handle social insurance matters, including sick leave and maternity benefit claims.
  • Register personal tax codes for employees and their dependents.

Reporting & Legal Compliance

  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on labor usage, occupational safety and health (OSH), and work-related accidents in accordance with legal requirements.

4. Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of hands-on experience in HR Operations / HR Executive roles.
  • Solid understanding of Vietnam labor laws, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT), and HR administration procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling HR data and documents.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) for daily work.
