About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to support our recruitment and HR administrative activities. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about Human Resources and want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment operations and employee data management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media channels for positions such as Shippers, Warehouse Workers, and Branch Admin staff.
- Support the recruitment team in collecting, screening, and organizing candidate data.
- Provide basic consultation and respond to candidate inquiries regarding job information and recruitment procedures.
- Perform HR administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining employee records and documentation.
- Update and maintain employee information in internal HR systems in accordance with company guidelines.
- Create and manage employee accounts/apps and ensure accurate employee data records.
- Prepare and submit periodic HR and recruitment reports.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications- College degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and proactive working attitude.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment support, or administrative roles is an advantage.
