1. General information
- Location: 11 Ta Hien, Cat Lai Ward, Thu Duc City (Dist. 2), HCMC.
- Salary Range: up to 25 million VND/month.
- Working Time: 9:00/9:30 AM 18:00/18:30 PM (Flexible start/end).
- Schedule: Rotated 5 days/6 days every 2 weeks.
2. Job description
From a business growth perspective, you will act as the gatekeeper of talent, ensuring the scalability of our Vietnam operations:
- Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and conducting professional interview assessments.
- Channel Optimization: Support the recruitment team in evaluating and maintaining high-performance recruitment channels.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Complete daily reports and conduct recruitment data analysis to optimize hiring efficiency and conversion rates.
- Operational Excellence: Execute administrative tasks assigned by superiors to ensure a seamless HR workflow.
3. Requirements
We are seeking a high-caliber professional with strong linguistic capabilities and a resilient mindset:
- Language Proficiency: Preference for candidates with excellent proficiency in both Chinese and English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing).
- Core Competencies: Strong passion for Human Resources combined with exceptional communication and coordination skills.
- Execution & Priority: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize mission-critical tasks under high pressure.
- Ownership & Attitude: Possess a proactive team spirit and maintain a positive, solution-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
