The hotel features 299 spacious rooms, including 16 suites, designed with Vietnamese and French colonial décor to reflect the city's culture and elegance. Guests and business travelers enjoy four on-site restaurants, a Relaxation Centre with an outdoor pool, a Lakeside Garden, and ten flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces for meetings and celebrations. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive (Compensation & Benefits) role based at Sheraton Hanoi Hotel in Tây Hồ. The role is responsible for administering and maintaining compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, insurance and welfare schemes, and leave management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. The Human Resources Executive (C&B) collaborates with HR leadership to implement and update HR policies, supports HR operations and reporting, and provides guidance to team members on compensation and benefits-related inquiries. Daily activities include maintaining HR records, supporting audits, coordinating with external partners and government authorities when required, and contributing to employee engagement and retention initiatives. The position works closely with other HR functions and hotel departments to deliver a consistent and compliant HR service.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in compensation and benefits administration.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, including payroll coordination, data management, and HR documentation.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and support a positive workplace environment.
  • Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, labor regulations, and compliance standards relevant to Vietnam's hospitality sector.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field are preferred.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency with HRIS and office software (e.g., Excel, Word) are beneficial.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese, and prior experience in the hotel or service industry, are an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, handle confidential information responsibly, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is expected.
