Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable HR professional to join our growing team in Vietnam. This role will work closely with the existing HR Business Partner and will evolve over time based on the individual's strengths and development.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing employment contracts and HR documentation
  • Provide support on compensation and rewards-related matters
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee engagement activities
  • Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labour regulations
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support HR initiatives and projects
  • Assist with HR policy implementation and process improvements
  • Support ad hoc HR and administrative matters as required

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to draft and review employment contracts
  • Understanding of Vietnam labour law is advantageous
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Law, or a related discipline
  • Candidates with a law degree are highly preferred
  • Exposure to compensation & benefits / reward-related work is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
  • A smart, energetic, and hands-on personality with strong potential for growth
