Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. HCM Services & Employee Engagement

  • Support managers in attracting, developing, and retaining engaged, competent staff.
  • Lead Factory engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning, and progress tracking.
  • Drive culturebuilding efforts aligned with Group values, sustainability, ethics, and Factory KPIs.

2. Organization Structure & Role Clarity

  • Ensure Factory structure and Role Profiles follow Division guidelines.
  • Recommend structural improvements and guide managers on using Role Profiles for recruitment, performance, and development.

3. Manpower Planning

  • Develop headcount plans aligned with business needs.
  • Maintain staff databases and analyze turnover, demographics, and performance trends.
  • Monitor market trends and recommend recruitment strategies.

4. Talent Management

  • Implement the full talent lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, career and succession planning.
  • Advise managers and employees and manage personnel data.

5. Staff Development

  • Support Division-wide leadership and functional skill programs.
  • Design and evaluate Factory-specific development initiatives.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Monitor C&B competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Participate in salary surveys, advise on pay decisions, and manage payroll.
  • Recommend improvements to salary and benefits practices.

7. Employee Relations & Communications

  • Provide guidance on policies, employment law, discipline, and grievance handling.
  • Represent management in internal/external relations (e.g., unions, government).
  • Support twoway communication and resolve related issues.

8. People Problem-Solving & KPI Alignment

  • Provide expert support for people-related issues.
  • Track People KPIs and verify contribution to Factory performance.
  • Analyze employee data and recommend improvements.

9. Team Leadership

  • Communicate business context, manage team performance, develop staff capabilities, and recognize high performance.
  • Plan successors and support mentoring and career development.

10. Core Values & Culture Alignment

  • Demonstrate and reinforce Group core values in all decisions and behaviors.
  • Coach the team to uphold the company's culture.
