Anforderungsprofil
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with a strong background in managing HR functions across multi-store retail operations or distributed business units
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams, developing future leaders, and fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
- Deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, change management, and employee engagement, with a strong understanding of business dynamics and market competitiveness
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese
