About the Company

Their client is a globally recognized, publicly traded leader in advanced X-ray technology and intelligent detection equipment. • Partner with senior executives on workforce planning, talent pipeline development, and succession planning across multiple regions.
  • Champion organizational culture initiatives that balance global consistency with local cultural relevance.

Global HR Operations

  • Standardize HR systems, policies, and processes to drive efficiency and scalability worldwide.
  • Monitor global HR metrics and analytics to inform executive decision-making.

M&A HR Leadership

  • Lead HR due diligence for cross-border mergers and acquisitions.
  • Assess workforce risks, talent retention strategies, and compensation structures across different legal jurisdictions.
  • Advise global leadership on HR implications during deal negotiations.

Global Integration Management

  • Design and execute integration plans covering organizational design, policy harmonization, and cultural alignment across regions.
  • Lead global change management initiatives to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Develop and deploy communication strategies that engage and retain talent throughout integration phases.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an HR Director or senior HR leader in a global, multi-country organization (public company experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep expertise in cross-border M&A HR due diligence and post-merger integration.
  • Strong knowledge of international labour laws and compliance across Asia, Europe, and/or the Americas.
  • Demonstrated success in standardizing global HR operations and implementing scalable systems.
  • Exceptional change management and executive influencing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's with HR certification is a plus.

Location Requirement

You must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and able to work from their KL office.

Why Join

  • Lead global HR strategy for a publicly traded technology innovator.
  • High-visibility role with direct access to C-suite and global board-level discussions.
  • Play a critical part in shaping the future of their company through M&A and integration.
