The HR Director will lead all people‑related strategies and operations for the company's new branch. This role is responsible for building the HR function from the ground up, ensuring organizational readiness, and driving a high‑performance culture aligned with the company's growth objectives.
Candidates with strong Operations Management experience—especially those who have led teams or business units of 300+ employees — are highly prioritized due to the complexity and scale of the new branch setup.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Strategy Development — Build and execute the HR plan for the new branch, covering workforce planning, talent acquisition, culture, and organizational design.
- Branch Setup Leadership — Lead HR workstreams for establishing the new office, including policies, processes, compliance, and staffing.
- Talent Acquisition Oversight — Develop hiring plans, manage recruitment pipelines, and ensure timely onboarding for all functions.
- Employee Relations — Build a healthy work environment, manage conflict resolution, and ensure strong communication channels.
- HR Operations — Establish HR processes, HRIS systems, reporting mechanisms, and compliance standards.
- Leadership Partnering — Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
- Culture Building — Shape and promote a strong, inclusive, and innovation‑driven culture for the new branch.
- Risk & Compliance — Ensure adherence to labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal governance.
Qualifications
- Operations Leadership Experience managing 300+ employees in a fast‑growing environment (strongly preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (Manager/Director).
- Proven track record in setting up new branches, offices, or business units.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices in the IT/technology sector.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
