Job Description
Develop standards and frameworks to assess compliance with HR policies and processes. Conduct periodic audits and assessments on HR compliance across business units. Prepare compliance reports, highlight risks, and propose corrective or improvement actions. Build, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
Consolidate, verify, and monitor all authorization and appointment activities within the Group. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of appointments, delegations, and HR authorizations.
Maintain and update HR policies, internal regulations, collective labor agreements, and Code of conduct. Manage access rights to HR systems, information, and RACI matrices of the HR Division. Supervise the HR documentation and e-filing system to ensure consistency and confidentiality
Advise management on disciplinary actions, employee relations, and labor law compliance.Participate in handling labor disputes and ensure fairness and adherence to internal and legal frameworks.
Identify potential compliance risks in HR activities such as recruitment, contracts, compensation, timekeeping, social insurance, labor discipline, termination, data privacy, and conflict of interest.
Gather data from subsidiaries, audit reports, complaints, or employee feedback to detect potential non-compliance risks
Analyze the likelihood and impact level of each HR-related risk. Classify risks into categories: legal, ethical, operational, reputational risks.
Propose and implement control measures (policies, procedures, guidelines, training). Collaborate with relevant departments (HR Operations, Legal, Internal Audit, Risk) to address and mitigate risks. Provide timely alerts and advisory when critical violations or potential risks are detected.
