Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Build & Strengthen Company Culture

· Develop and champion company core values and culture initiatives that inspire employee engagement and belonging.

· Design and execute cultural programs, team-building activities, and workplace initiatives that foster collaboration and pride in our corporate brands.

· Create an inclusive, positive work environment where diverse talents thrive and feel valued

Develop Career Frameworks & Growth Pathways

· Design clear, transparent career progression frameworks and competency models for all levels and functions.

· Work with leadership to identify high-potential talents and create personalized development plans.

· Build internal mobility opportunities and succession planning strategies to support long-term organizational growth.

· Help employees understand their career paths and what it takes to advance

Drive Learning & Development

· Assess organizational and functional competency gaps and design targeted learning programs.

· Develop functional competency frameworks aligned with business strategy and role requirements.

· Curate, manage, and evaluate training programs, both internal and external, that build critical skills.

· Track L&D effectiveness and continuous improvement based on employee feedback and business outcomes

Lead Motivation, Recognition & Rewards

· Design and implement recognition programs that celebrate achievements and reinforce company values.

· Advise on competitive compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain talent.

· Create non-monetary recognition initiatives that motivate and engage employees at all levels.

· Build a culture of appreciation where contributions are seen, valued, and rewarded

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP role
  • Proven experience in culture building, L&D program design, and career framework development
  • Strong understanding of compensation, benefits, and employee motivation strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into people solutions.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and passionate about developing people and building organizational capability.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
  • Experience in FMCG, pharma, or fast-growing organizations is a plus
