1. Job Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the aquaculture division, ensuring HR policies are consistently implemented from the Ho Chi Minh City headquarters.
  • Manage and support HR activities at aquaculture sites: recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and labor relations.
  • Analyze workforce needs specific to aquaculture production and propose suitable HR plans.
  • Advise regional managers on HR matters: compensation, benefits, labor discipline, and talent development.
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and internal regulations at aquaculture sites.
  • Collaborate with departments to implement training programs, employee development, and strategic HR projects.
  • Provide periodic reports on HR status, labor fluctuations, and HR costs at aquaculture sites.
  • Frequently travel to aquaculture sites to assess actual conditions and provide direct support.
2. Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Economics, Law, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in HR; preference for candidates with HRBP or HR Supervisor background.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and propose practical solutions.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to aquaculture sites.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in seafood, agriculture, or manufacturing industries.
