Responsibilities

  1. Labor Relations
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and occupational health and safety standards.
  • Handle complaints, disciplinary actions, labor dispute resolution, and prevent strikes.

2.Production support & Workfore Management

  • Collaborate with workshop supervisors to identify manpower needs and coordinate recruitment.
  • Track workforce changes (turnover rate, absenteeism, overtime) and propose improvement solutions.

3.Recruitment, Training & Development

  • Identify training needs for workers and frontline managers.
  • Organize training programs on food safety, production skills, and corporate culture.
  • Support recruitment by working with production managers to determine staffing needs, participate in interviews, and select suitable candidates.

4.Performance management

  • Assist in implementing KPI evaluations for managers and workers.
  • Analyze labor productivity data and recommend HR process improvements.

5.Internal communication & Employee Engagement

  • Ensure clear communication of policies and regulations to employees.
  • Organize engagement activities to boost morale and teamwork.

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations in the seafood processing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's or College degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, HRIS, and HR data analysis.
  • Personal Traits: Flexible, able to work under pressure, and willing to work at the factory.
