This position is responsible for managing Human Resources (HR) related functions including talent acquisition, employee relation & engagement, HR compliance, disciplinary, building up the culture, HR reporting, coordinating with C&B team for compensation & benefit matters, and TMD team for people development to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for talent acquisition to fulfill headcount requirement by delivering full recruitment services including employer branding, front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and employee offers.
Follow up training progress of training to make sure team member is passed skills as given timeline.
Check and make sure all reports of HR department are accurate, on time, and consistent.
Maintain and secure HR information system, personal profiles, administration and labor contracts are accurate, on time, and reliable.
Follow up and make sure all performance appraisals, labor contracts are reviewed and hand over to employees on time.
Attend discipline action for major cases, and morning meeting to highlight any issues related to recruitment, turnover.
Ensure policy, procedure, and employee handbook are maintained, updated, containing all relevant topics for new and current employees.
Secure FGL Spirit including Vision, Mission and Value are in place and constantly communicated organizational wise.
Be a HR Business partner and consultant to other departments to enhance HR's image and add value to organization.
Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years experience in similar capacity.
