Job description:
A. Human Resources Management
- Advise senior management on HR strategy and critical personnel matters.
- Develop organizational structure, KPI systems, compensation policies, and corporate culture.
- Oversee all HR department operations and maintain labor productivity standards.
- Prepare periodic reports submitted to Korea Headquarters (daily / weekly / monthly / annually).
- Plan and forecast budgets covering recruitment, training, and payroll fund.
B. General Affairs Management
- Plan and manage fixed assets, tools, and operational equipment.
- Oversee occupational safety, fire prevention, industrial hygiene, security, and 5S compliance.
- Manage employee welfare and organize internal engagement activities.
C. Legal Compliance Management
- Provide professional guidance and supervise the legal compliance team.
- Directly handle complex and sensitive legal and labor compliance matters.
- Conduct periodic KPI performance evaluations for the legal compliance staff.
D. Procurement (GA) & IT Management
- Manage procurement requests, evaluate suppliers, and develop GA department KPIs.
- Assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and evaluate IT department performance.
- Coordinate cross-departmental process reviews and operational improvements.
Job requirement:
1. Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Law, or Accounting.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a comparable HR/GA management role.
- Prior experience at organizations with a workforce exceeding 500 employees.
- Demonstrated experience in directly managing a team of 10 or more staff members.
2. Professional Knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of the Labor Code, Social/Health Insurance Law, and Personal Income Tax regulations.
- In-depth expertise in salary structure design and compensation grading methodology.
- Proficient in KPI framework development and labor productivity measurement.
- Solid understanding of strategic human resource planning principles.
- Proficiency in English and/or Korean (all four skills: speaking, listening, reading, writing) is a significant advantage.
3. Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Professional communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking with flexible and effective problem-solving ability.
