RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Communications

  • Support the development of weekly content aligned with the company's Content Pillars & Content Angles.
  • Write captions, design basic visual materials (using Canva), and edit short videos (CapCut/Canva) tailored to each platform.
  • Assist in managing and operating the company's social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn): posting content, editing, and scheduling according to plan.
  • Support internal communications for recruitment campaigns, events, welcome newbies, and TV clips.
  • Take photos and videos at events; monitor and respond to comments and messages on social channels in a timely and professional manner.

2. Learning & Development

  • Prepare training logistics (classrooms, materials, equipment, etc.) and support learners and trainers throughout the course.
  • Track attendance, collect feedback, and assist in evaluating trainers and participants.
  • Support the organization of internal training programs and collaborate with the team to implement e-learning courses on the system.
  • Consolidate and prepare post-training reports under the manager's guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Third or fourth-year students majoring in Human Resource Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in and career orientation toward Human Resources and Employer Branding.
  • Good communication skills; proactive, creative, and open-minded at work.
  • Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging content across social media platforms.
  • Basic design skills using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
  • Experience with or knowledge of TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn is a plus.
  • Good teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and complete assigned tasks effectively.
  • Preferred candidates who can work 3 4 days per week (Monday Friday).
