Role Summary
Lead the full rebuild of the HR function. Establish structure, governance, and scalable systems across multiple entities while acting as strategic partner to the BOD. This is a transformation role, not a maintenance position.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and standardize HR structure, policies, and processes across subsidiaries.
- Lead strategic recruitment aligned with project expansion.
- Take full ownership of employee and labor relations (critical priority).
- Strengthen compliance, risk control, and internal governance.
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in building or restructuring HR systems.
- Solid labor relations and risk management experience.
- Experience in real estate, investment, or fast-growing multi-entity environments preferred.
