In this role, you will be responsible for tasks in HRBP department, collaborating with diverse teams across departments and with our partners to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals to create cutting-edge solutions, drive the company's success and to propel our global expansion within the automotive sector/industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support.Develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's objectives and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
  
• Foster strong relationships with business units to understand their needs and deliver customized HR solutions.
  
• Lead talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  
• Drive employee engagement and retention strategies to build a high-performance culture.
  
• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global HR policies.
  
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with a focus on maintaining a positive work environment.
  
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  
• Collaborate with HR centers of excellence to deliver best-in-class HR services.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant fields.
  
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR leadership role.
  
• Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and global HR trends.
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  
• Demonstrated ability to use HR analytics to drive strategic decisions.
  
• Experience in the automotive industry or a global organization is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
  
• Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  
• Ability to work under high pressure.
  
• Fluent English as a must.
  
• Applicants with experience in studying or working abroad are strongly preferred.
  
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
