Partner with stakeholders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR guidance and support to achieve them
Develop and implement Human Resource (HR) initiatives that align with the organization goals and values
Provide HR expertise to stakeholders and employees on a variety of HR-related issues such as headcount planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compensation
Participate in the development and execution of HR programs and policies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives
Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to maximize organization capability.
Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure consistent and effective implementation of HR programs and practices
Partner with stakeholders to develop and execute people plan for key talents and for the whole team
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain adequate HR records and documentation
Handle projects, ad-hoc assignments by Line Manager
Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Min 3+ years of experience in a human resources role, with a focus on business partnering
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide recommendations for action
Demonstrated knowledge of HR best practices and local labor laws and regulations
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
