A Day in the Life

As a responsible leader in MedTech industry we are sharpening our focus on differentiated technologies, especially soft tissue Robotics to bring in more value to our patients and become the preferred choice to healthcare fraternity.

The position is suited for team members passionate about promoting technologies with strong acumen of delivering appropriate technology to patients.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Drive end to end sales for Medtronic's Hugo business portfolio
  • Drive strong product promotion, facilitate demos, prepare compelling commercial proposals and stay abreast with market needs and changing dynamics of selling capital units.
  • Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including hospitals, physicians, and Radiology and Surgical personnel.
  • Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Hugo
  • Conducts and/or evaluates market research including customers and competitors activities.
  • Develops and/or implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.
  • Assesses customer needs and feedback regarding new products and/or modifications to existing products and communicates to internal stakeholders including R&D, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Utilise SFDC as the only source of reporting and observation

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years experience/High School Diploma with 10+ years experience/associate's degree with 8+ years experience. Bachelor's Degree will be preferred
  • Relevant sales experience within Robotics/Capital Sales/Surgical medical device
  • Able to travel up to 30% for work
